2. Bear Transmission acts as liaison for all consumer complaints involving any of its centers.
3. Compliance with the "Standards for Retail Transmission Repair" specifying procedures for the dismantling and reassembly of transmissions. Speedy developed these standards based on a compendium of codes and standards gathered from states in which they already exist.
4. All Bear Transmission Centers distribute to customers a current description of the types of limited warranties offered by Bear Transmission.
5. Bear Transmission monitors random sampling of Bear Transmission customers to evaluate work performed for those customers.
6. All Bear Transmission Centers comply fully with the provision of any state's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and cooperate fully with any government agency investigating such practices.

with a somewhat shadowy past, Bear Transmission expects to create consumer
confidence. Trust is not something you can enforce. You earn it by backing
your service with professionalism and technical resources, and giving complete
satisfaction.

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Coverage: Standard warranty coverage is for 12 MONTHS / 12,000 MILES. Premium
warranty coverage is for 36 MONTHS / 36,000 MILES, only offered if your transmission
was installed in one of our shops. Their is an additional charge for Premium
warranty ( $1,500 ) which may vary with each transmission application.
Our Warranty - 12 Month Warranty or 12,000 miles covers only parts and labor
due to manufacturer's defect in parts.

Labor maybe charges to customer - $50 deductible
to cover oil pan gasket, filter and transmission fluid
Conditions of Warranty
Not covered by our warranty:
Anti-Freeze is found to have contaminated unit (caused by a bad radiator)
Water is found to have contaminated unit (flood damage)
If unit was overfilled (blowing out the seals) or under filled (causing internal damage)
If transmission is used for racing purposes (causes severe differential damage)
If unit is damaged due to overheating. This is normally caused when the radiator loses circulation due to deposit build-up and the cooler, which is housed inside the radiator, is not able to adequately perform its function. Evidence of overheating is shown by way of a brown, black or discolored torque converter
If vehicle has been towed improperly, based on factory guidelines. This will cause internal damage.
